Senior Business Transformation Architect

We are seeking a Senior Bilingual Business Transformation Architect to join our team at S.i. Systèmes. This role will involve developing a requirements plan for a Case Management System.

The successful candidate will help modernize the way business areas conduct operations using cloud-based technologies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and documenting a detailed statement of requirements for the proposed system(s);
  • Auditing discussions with business users and new development teams;
  • Updating workflows to provide names for records;
  • Providing analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping, and training;
  • Creating presentations and presenting to various stakeholders, and facilitating meetings and discussions;
  • Evaluating existing procedures and methods, identifying and documenting items such as database content, structure, application subsystems, and developing a data dictionary;
  • Defining and documenting interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems;
  • Identifying candidate business processes for redesign, prototyping potential solutions, providing tradeoff information, and suggesting a recommended course of action. Identifying the modifications to the automated processes;
  • Supporting and using the selected departmental methodologies;
  • Performing business analyses on complex functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows;
  • Providing analysis and development of business success "critical success factors";
  • Leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities;
  • Coordinating development of training and coordination with other stakeholders;
  • Recommending to the organization, candidate business processes for redesign, prototyping potential solutions, providing tradeoff information, and suggesting a recommended course of action. Identifying the major modifications to the automated processes;

Requirements:

  • Secret clearance;
  • 5+ years' experience using MS Dynamics CRM;
  • 5+ years developing requirements plans/workflows for Enterprise Systems;
