Senior Business Transformation Architect

S.i. Systèmes is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Architect to lead in defining business strategies and processes in support of transformation and change management activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business process change initiatives
  • Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities
  • Analyze and develop business 'critical success factors'
  • Lead other functional staff in defining business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities
  • Establish a baseline of processes, templates, and tools for the transformation project leadership
  • Identify and document internal controls to ensure the transformation process is consistent and compliant with existing policy legislation
  • Lead or provide analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping, and training
  • Assess the feasibility of migrating from the current state to the target business architecture and enabling technologies
  • Identify business requirements and work with clients to confirm and document the target business vision
  • Assist in reviewing and defining functional requirements, user interface designs, and usability reviews
  • Identify risks associated with migrating to the target business architecture and technologies and make recommendations for risk mitigation
  • Document workflows using business, workflow, and organizational modeling software tools
  • Coordinate development of training
  • Create presentations to introduce, implement, or sustain change and present to multiple stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions

Requirements:
  • Secret clearance with the Federal Government
  • 5+ years of experience conducting reviews of existing system(s) and business process(es) to identify risks, strategies, and processes in support of an IT business transformation activity for a Public Sector client
  • 5+ years of experience leading the development of and obtaining approval for governance and/or project documents, including business case, business architecture, project plan, and change management plan
  • Relevant certification or Master's Degree in Science, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Certified Business Architect (CBA)
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
  • Certified Management Consultant (CMC)
  • TOGAF (The Open Group for Enterprise Architecture Framework) 9.2 Level 1 certification (Foundation)
  • TOGAF Level 2 certification (Certified)
