S.i. Systèmes is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Architect to lead the modernization and enhancement of enterprise-wide processes and services for our valued public sector client.
The department requires a strategic thinker to drive the delivery of transformational projects, working closely with key business stakeholders to analyze and develop business success factors, architecture requirements, and process development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop business success 'critical success factors' through analysis and development
- Design and develop architecture requirements, processes, and training
- Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities
- Assess priorities, relative costs, risk areas, opportunities, and targets
- Analyze results and document the fit/gap with the existing support model
- Assess the ITSM Operations environment and Service Desk Online operations
- Identify improvements supportive of improved business and service models
- Prepare a Roadmap and Strategy document, including risk mitigations
- Present the target Client Service Operations environment to Senior Management
- Coordinate the review and approval of the Roadmap and Strategy document
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of ITSM operations
