About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Architect to join our team at Thales Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our enterprise architecture and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and Implement Enterprise Architecture: Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework that aligns with our business strategy and goals.
  2. Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital transformation initiatives that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Architect and Integrate Enterprise Systems: Design and integrate enterprise systems, including software, hardware, and infrastructure, to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
  4. Develop and Maintain Architecture Artifacts: Create and maintain architecture artifacts, including documentation, diagrams, and models, to support decision-making and communication.
  5. Conduct Technical Arbitration: Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve technical issues and conflicts between stakeholders.
  6. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure our enterprise architecture remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, or related field.
  3. Skills: Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, software development methodologies, and cloud computing technologies.
  4. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF or Zachman, are an asset.
