Job Title: Professional Services – Business Transformation Architect –

Job Summary:

Renaud Consulting IM/IT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for leading business transformation initiatives and driving strategic change within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in meetings and collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and technical teams to drive business transformation initiatives.
  • Review and align existing costing-based methodologies with business requirements.
  • Work with engineers to derive Bill of Materials (BoMs) for technical initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain costing models for provider-based networks.
  • Analyze and evaluate alternative technology solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop and implement Treasury Board Submissions.
  • Ensure integration of technology solutions and data-driven costing methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain data models and costing forecasts.
  • Evaluate complex Bill of Materials and interpret them into costing estimates.
  • Ensure network solutions align with industry standards and trends.
  • Provide input and recommendations to project teams.
  • Develop and participate in change impact analysis and change management processes.
  • Provide expert resolution support and workaround solutions for complex network problems.
  • Support implementation activities and follow standard documentation practices.
  • Collaborate with project resources to organize and review information from technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project resources to reach consensus on network designs and Detailed Design Specifications.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify technical end-to-end IT solution challenges.
  • Attend workshops to define, document, and develop consensus on recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide Enterprise Network design support.
  • Work with project resources to identify gaps with target designs and develop recommendations.
  • Identify network design/solution risks and issues and potential mitigation to project teams.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, management, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a three-year college diploma in computer science or other IT-related field.
  • A university degree at the Bachelor level in Information Technology (computer science or engineering) or other IT-related field.
  • A minimum of ten years of work experience in the IT field at bid closing, with a clear demonstration of Level 3 experience performing tasks similar to those specified in the attached SOW.
  • A business architecture certificate from a recognized institution.
  • Experience in planning and implementation of complex Wide Area Network and Dark Fiber MAN-based network environments.
  • A Security Clearance at the Secret level requested by the Technical Authority and issued by PWGSC-CISD (file number and expiry date must be provided).
