Job Overview

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on operational performance.
  • Order Management: Compile food order summaries for the chef to facilitate efficient kitchen operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise both office and volunteer staff, assigning duties as necessary.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages effectively.
  • Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain an efficient inventory system.
  • Cash Management: Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
