Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at RAJA THAI AND INDIAN CUISINE, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations within our restaurant environment. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary team meets the highest standards of quality and service.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure food quality and service meet established standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
  • Possess knowledge of the culinary styles offered by the establishment.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities
