Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement methods to achieve work schedules
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed

  • Estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns

  • Possess knowledge of the culinary styles offered by the establishment
  • Oversee the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team
