About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Quality Homemakers Inc. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide general information to clients and the public, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Document Management
    • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents with attention to detail.
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required.
Work Environment
  • Work Term
    • Permanent position.
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week.
