We are a dynamic organization seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing and editing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless internal and external communication.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, including setting deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods, with frequent interruptions.
