Are You Ready to Make a Difference?

We are seeking an individual who is passionate, motivated by challenges, and dedicated to creating positive change. If you excel in innovative thinking and desire the autonomy to work independently while embracing accountability, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

In this pivotal position within a mission-driven organization, the Fund Development Lead plays a crucial role in promoting our objectives, boosting volunteer participation, and expanding outreach efforts within the community. This leader is tasked with fostering market expansion by identifying, recruiting, and guiding a team of senior business executive volunteers and top-tier fundraising teams to meet and exceed ambitious goals.

The role involves attending in-person meetings, with approximately 40% of your time dedicated to engaging with the community and regional stakeholders. There may also be opportunities for up to three weeks of travel each year to connect with colleagues and national partners. Your ability to inspire and motivate volunteers, combined with a proven history of achieving significant objectives, will be essential to our mission. If you are enthusiastic about the opportunity to make a substantial impact in our community and are prepared to take on responsibility while enjoying the freedom to innovate, we encourage you to consider this role.
