About the Organization

The Government of Nova Scotia is dedicated to providing services and initiatives that empower the African Nova Scotian community, fostering opportunities for networking and collaboration.

About the Role

We are in search of a Director for the Land Titles Programs, tasked with overseeing a dedicated team and steering the strategic direction for program execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Authorize program initiatives and provide strategic recommendations
  • Establish reporting frameworks and accountability structures
  • Ensure adherence to program regulations and evaluate performance reports
  • Administer the Land Titles Clarification Act
  • Foster strong partnerships and collaborative relationships
  • Oversee both internal and external communications
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline, significant experience in senior management roles, and a proven track record in managing large-scale transformations. A law degree is considered an asset.
