As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Vice President of Philanthropy and Sponsorships. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate local and international charity events, including travel arrangements and logistics
- Prepare presentation materials, manage schedules, and ensure the VP's itinerary is well-coordinated
- Work with travel agents, manage luggage and accommodation, and arrange transportation
- Assist with in-office duties, including maintaining marketing budgets, liaising with social media professionals, and preparing expense reports
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant to a high-profile individual
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and discreet demeanor
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends, with a valid passport and reliable transportation
