Client Engagement Specialist

Enghouse Interactive is on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to take on the role of CX and Renewals Specialist. In this position, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding support to our business-to-business clients, managing product renewals, and nurturing enduring relationships. Collaboration with our sales, support, and customer success teams will be key to ensuring an exceptional customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with customers of Enghouse Systems, ensuring their satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
- Support order management processes to guarantee timely order dispatch, meeting customer requirements for on-time delivery and fill rates, while following up as needed with customers or internal teams.
- Analyze and enhance order efficiency by minimizing order discrepancies due to pricing errors, incorrect part orders, etc.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders regarding backorders, including root causes and expected inventory availability.
- Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Identify satisfied customers who can serve as advocates for Enghouse Systems, including gathering case studies, testimonials, and referrals.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, renewals, and support requests within the company's ISM and Salesforce systems.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a unified and consistent customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, account management, or renewals management is essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce software and customer support tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the software industry and customer engagement solutions is a plus.
- Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
