The Account Executive will be responsible for overseeing sales operations at OCR Canada by engaging in proactive communication with clients through phone and email to cultivate prospects and finalize sales agreements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of sales success and possess the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and order statuses
- Achieve or surpass sales performance targets
- Review orders for precision and manage processing requests
- Identify underlying issues causing customer dissatisfaction
- Collaborate with the Shipping Department to ensure timely delivery of products
- Generate reports and engage in marketing strategies
Interpersonal Relationships
- Build and maintain strong connections with all departments and teams
- Directly interact with customers to resolve issues
- Foster relationships with OEM representatives and the finance department
Required Skills and Attributes
- Proficient with office equipment
- Strong computer skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Effective problem-solving and organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in inside sales
- Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
