Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective Indigenous engagement strategies to meet business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Indigenous communities, leaders, and organizations
- Provide expert advice on Indigenous relations, cultural competency, and community engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that support Indigenous engagement
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to Indigenous engagement
- Proven experience in Indigenous relations, community engagement, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures, histories, and current issues
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., Indigenous studies, business, communications)
