At Evergreen Treatment Services, we are dedicated to making a significant impact in our community.

For over 50 years, we have been committed to transforming the lives of individuals and their communities through innovative addiction and social services in Western Washington.

We aim to cultivate and maintain a diverse and inclusive environment within our organization. Discover how we are striving to achieve racial equity, health equity, and community justice.

Stay informed about community resources and provide information and referral services to clients and staff as needed.

Assist in orienting new staff to the milieu and support all REACH personnel in applying trauma-informed harm reduction best practices.

Maintain order in the office by managing the front desk and checking clients into the system.
Facilitate and coordinate support groups, client and staff training sessions, outings, special events, and other group activities.
