Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to engage with Indigenous communities and build trust
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that our operations are respectful and beneficial to Indigenous communities
- Provide cultural awareness training to employees and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous leaders and community members
- Monitor and report on Indigenous engagement metrics
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge of Indigenous cultures and histories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
