Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover and pursue new business prospects within the industrial domain by cultivating robust relationships with key decision-makers in the manufacturing sector.
  • Offer technical assistance and product knowledge to clients, which includes conducting product demonstrations, providing training, and resolving issues.
  • Create and present persuasive sales pitches to potential clients, emphasizing the advantages and benefits of our offerings.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring that sales objectives are achieved or surpassed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering and customer support, to guarantee that client requirements are fulfilled and projects are executed effectively.
  • Remain informed about industry developments and competitor activities to ensure our products maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Required Qualifications: Post-secondary education in Machining or a related technical discipline. At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within the industrial tools or machinery sector. Strong comprehension of the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing transactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building solid relationships with clients and internal teams. Strong analytical skills and the capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as necessary (up to 50% of the time).
