Industrial Solutions Sales Specialist

As an Industrial Solutions Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence.

Your role will involve engaging with key stakeholders in the manufacturing industry, providing them with expert guidance and support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek and cultivate new business prospects within the industrial domain by establishing robust relationships with influential decision-makers.
  • Offer technical assistance and product knowledge to clients, which includes conducting demonstrations, providing training sessions, and resolving issues.
  • Create and present persuasive sales pitches to potential clients, showcasing the advantages and unique features of our offerings.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring that sales objectives are consistently achieved.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments, such as engineering and customer support, to meet client requirements and ensure successful project execution.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge for our products.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of post-secondary education in a technical field related to machining or engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within the industrial tools or machinery sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and deal closure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
