Key Responsibilities- Individual Insurance Sales Support - Provide quotes, new business, and in-force illustrations using a variety of software programs, including LifeGuide, Carrier Illustration Software, Cannex, and Life Design Analysis.
- Product Knowledge - Stay up-to-date on the life and living benefits insurance products offered by Empire Life, and provide expert advice to our sales team.
- Technical Support - Train our advisors and their admin staff on our back-office portal, WealthServ, as well as our carrier portals and digital resources.
- Education & Compliance - Assist our advisors in obtaining CE credits and provide compliance support to ensure that our sales team is always up-to-date on industry regulations.
- Project Management - Work independently and as part of a team to manage sales initiatives and projects that drive business growth and expansion.
- Event Planning - Plan and execute marketing and charity events for our internal staff and advisors.
- Cross-Training - Perform other related activities as necessary or as assigned.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma required.
- Post-Secondary degree in a related field preferred.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite required.
- Knowledge of insurance or investments an asset.
