Tele Solution Sales Professional

The Tele Solution Sales Professional is a key role at Entire Hire, responsible for driving Solution/Product revenue and awareness through the customer and technology partner channel.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales teams to drive adoption of solutions/products in the Mid – Upper Market space.
- Develop and deliver mini roadmap sessions to clients, aligning with their stack framework.
- Proactively identify and reactively respond to sales opportunities through data mining and marketing event follow-ups.
- Deliver Business Value Discussions and sales presentations to customer accounts, including Live Meeting sessions.
- Distribute highly qualified opportunities to Partners, Account Managers, or Field Resources.
- Track opportunities with customers through systematic touch points.
- Develop and execute territory planning to drive solution/product strategy and meet revenue quotas.
- Work with System Integrators, Large Account Resellers, and Ultimate VARs to drive solution/product sales in Mid – Upper Market and high-potential Small-business accounts.
- Maintain industry, technical, and solution knowledge.
- Engage with internal solution specialists to develop solution knowledge and share best practices.
- 3-5 years of experience in related areas.
- Knowledge of the development process, including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
- Working knowledge of.Net and competitive development languages.
- Ability to discuss all stages of the development cycle: requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) in a relevant area of study, or equivalent experience.
- Passion for technology and solid knowledge of Mid-Market global IT requirements and competitive offerings.
- Excellent leadership and cross-group working skills.
- Formal sales training such as Solution Selling, Spin Selling, or Miller Heiman.
- Target Account Selling Skills and understanding of the security market.
- Proven track record of achieving measurable sales goals in a high-paced environment.
- Experience in developing relationships with senior-level technical and business decision-makers.
