Your Role: We are currently seeking a skilled Logistics Solutions Sales Specialist to join our Warehousing Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts within our warehousing division. Your focus will be on promoting logistics and warehousing solutions to businesses, understanding their unique requirements, and delivering tailored solutions to optimize their supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue potential clients across various sectors in need of warehousing and logistics services. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales objectives. Conduct market analysis to uncover new business opportunities and remain informed about industry developments. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, gaining insight into their warehousing and logistics needs. Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Perform regular follow-ups and evaluations with clients to monitor service performance and resolve any concerns. Comprehend clients' supply chain demands and propose customized warehousing and logistics solutions. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements. Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth implementation and delivery of services. Maintain precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities within the CRM system. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for expansion. Qualifications: A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the logistics, warehousing, or supply chain sector. Strong operational knowledge and analytical capabilities in warehousing processes and supply chain solutions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. Results-oriented with a strong sales focus. Proactive and self-driven with a high degree of initiative. Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. High level of integrity and professionalism.
