About the Role

Punjab Wireless Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to clients experiencing difficulties with computer hardware or software, and provide solutions to resolve their issues.
  • Research and Troubleshooting: Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other documents to research and implement solutions to client issues.
  • Training and Development: Provide advice and training to clients in response to identified difficulties, and ensure they have the necessary skills to use our products effectively.
  • Log Maintenance: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise other technical support workers in this group, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Business Systems Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to clients in response to identified difficulties.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Work Setting: Computer hardware or software retailer/wholesaler.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Work Term: Temporary.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
