Job Summary

Punjab Wireless Ltd. is seeking a skilled User Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to identify and implement solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to users to help them overcome technical difficulties.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff.
  • Provide technical support for business systems, networks, and Internet services.
  • Set up and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a computer hardware or software retailer/wholesaler.
  • 3-4 years of experience in supervising technical support staff.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a temporary position with a fixed-term contract.
