About the Role

Punjab Wireless Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to clients experiencing difficulties with computer hardware or software, and provide solutions to resolve their issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other documents to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to clients to help them overcome technical difficulties and improve their technical skills.
  • Log Maintenance: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Business Systems Support: Provide technical support for business systems, networks, and internet services to clients.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up computer equipment for clients, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
