Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and enhance sales to existing clients
  • Evaluate client needs and resources to recommend suitable products or services
  • Provide insights into product design to customize offerings for clients
  • Offer ongoing support to clients post-sale
  • Conduct training for customer staff on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Deliver presentations to clients highlighting the benefits of our products and services
  • Address and resolve product and service-related issues
  • Troubleshoot equipment-related problems
  • Assist in training and supervising other technical staff
  • Provide consultative services to technical writers and translators
  • Advise clients on product or service recommendations
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Jira, Salesforce, iOS, spreadsheets, Zendesk, and communication software
Sales Experience
  • Experience in consulting services is preferred
