Position Overview

As a Technical Sales Specialist at HONGYAN PRECISION MANUFACTURING LIMITED, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our innovative products and our valued clients. Your expertise will be essential in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Estimation: Accurately assess and estimate the costs associated with the installation of equipment.
  • Pricing and Contracts: Provide detailed quotes regarding prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery schedules.
  • Sales Promotion: Actively promote our offerings to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Blueprint Analysis: Interpret blueprints to ascertain the dimensions and material requirements for various projects.
  • Client Consultation: Evaluate client needs and resources to recommend suitable products or services.
  • Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and proposals that highlight the advantages of our products.
  • International Representation: Represent our company in transactions involving the import and export of goods.
  • Online Sales Transactions: Facilitate sales through electronic commerce platforms.
  • Product Design Input: Collaborate with design teams to tailor products to meet client specifications.
  • Post-Sale Support: Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients after the sale.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about product innovations, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
  • Client Presentations: Deliver informative presentations to clients regarding the benefits and applications of our products.
  • Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues related to equipment functionality.
  • Advertising: Promote our products and services effectively.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service is provided to all clients.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee the activities of fellow technical sales specialists.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of a College or CEGEP program is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field is preferred.

Work Environment

This position is classified as a Green Job, contributing positively to environmental outcomes. The role is permanent, with a work schedule of 35 hours per week and conducted primarily in English.
