Position Overview:

As a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative at MT Talent, you will be instrumental in driving revenue by building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, promoting our offerings, and successfully closing sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound sales conversations with potential clients to identify and qualify leads. Foster and sustain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up. Assess client needs and provide customized solutions to fulfill their demands. Meet and surpass sales objectives through adept negotiation and closing techniques. Collaborate with the sales team to exchange market insights and enhance overall sales strategies. Maintain precise records of sales activities and client interactions utilizing our CRM platform. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively convey value propositions to clients. Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in inside sales or a comparable position. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong negotiation and closing aptitude. Results-driven with a history of achieving or exceeding sales goals. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software. Bilingual proficiency in English and French. Experience in Business to Business lead generation and sales, particularly in acquiring new business. Educational Background:
High school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in inside sales is required. Benefits Offered:
