About the Role

The CWB Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, advancing the sales process, and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify new business leads and opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enter new markets and industries
  • Work closely with sales managers and account executives to develop and execute sales plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients
  • Participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities
  • Track and analyze sales metrics and performance

Requirements

  • Bilingualism in English and French (proficient in reading, writing, and speaking required)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills
  • Post-secondary education in business, sales, and marketing or equivalent working experience
  • 5 years of progressive sales experience, including inside sales and business development
  • Sales experience within the service sales industry
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels within the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and occasional travel required
