Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Sales Leader to join our team at IGM Financial. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Team Management

Lead and direct a team of Inside Sales Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.

Sales Strategy and Planning

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, identify new sales opportunities, and optimize sales processes.

Performance Management and Coaching

Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve sales skills and achieve sales targets.

Campaign Development and Execution

Design and implement sales campaigns to drive sales growth, leveraging data and market insights to inform sales strategies.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Recruiting, to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements
  1. Education and Experience

Post-secondary education in a relevant business discipline or industry certifications (CFA, CIM, CAIA). Minimum 5 years of management experience in mutual funds, exchange traded funds, or related industry.

Leadership and Sales Skills

Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Strong sales skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Business Acumen and Analytical Skills

Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
