Position Overview

As a User Assistance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring users have a seamless experience with their computer systems. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist users encountering challenges with their computer systems.
  • Maintain and organize a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for reference by fellow technical support analysts.
  • Oversee the activities of other technical support personnel within the team.
  • Deliver support for business systems, network, and Internet-related issues as they arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all users.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
