Key Responsibilities

The primary function of this role is to serve as the initial point of contact for customers in the welding and industrial gas sector, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and electronic data interchange (EDI) systems. The successful candidate will exhibit outstanding customer service capabilities and possess robust administrative and communication skills, thriving in a dynamic work environment.

Core Duties

Applicants should have a background in an industrial context and be equipped to answer customer queries regarding welding requirements. Effective time management and prioritization skills are essential.

  • Previous experience in an industrial environment related to welding
  • Proficient in computer applications; familiarity with Oracle, Salesforce, and Google is advantageous
  • Experience in a customer service position is crucial
