About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team at SILANI SWEET CHEESE LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the packaging process and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop the skills of packaging staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure the team is well-staffed and motivated.
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of packaging staff, ensuring that work schedules are met and work activities are aligned with other departments.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a smooth packaging process.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility, organized, and a team player with strong reliability skills.
