Packaging Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Silani Sweet Cheese Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, and disciplinary measures, in line with company policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Quality Control: Implement measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
- Workplace Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety procedures, conducting regular risk assessments, and providing training to staff.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and flexibility.

Language and Work ConditionsThe primary language of work is English. The work term is permanent, and the hours of work are 35 hours per week.
