Job Title: Packaging Supervisor

Silani Sweet Cheese Ltd. is seeking a skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective packaging of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise staff in packaging procedures and safety protocols
  • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and promotions
  • Prepare production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement measures to enhance productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate and schedule packaging activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Requisition and manage inventory of packaging materials and supplies
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail
  • Flexibility, organization, and reliability
Work Environment:

Silani Sweet Cheese Ltd. is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and teamwork skills. As a Packaging Supervisor, you will be working in a warehouse setting with a team of production staff.
