Packaging Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Silani Sweet Cheese Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the packaging process and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of competence and productivity.
- Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving productivity and product quality.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring that our packaging process is efficient and effective.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure that our packaging process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Personal Qualities: Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
