Packaging Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Silani Sweet Cheese Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the packaging process and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, and disciplinary measures to ensure that our team is well-equipped to meet the demands of the packaging process.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Quality Control: Implement measures to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards, including regular quality checks and audits.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to ensure that our packaging process runs smoothly.
- Workplace Safety: Ensure that our workplace is safe and healthy for all employees, including providing training and resources to prevent injuries and illnesses.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
