About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team at SILANI SWEET CHEESE LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the packaging process and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop staff in packaging procedures and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to support team growth
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement measures to enhance productivity and product quality
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of packaging staff, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
  • Requisition and manage packaging materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
