About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Silani Sweet Cheese Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, and disciplinary measures, in accordance with company policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Quality Control: Implement measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the receipt and storage of materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
  • Workplace Safety: Develop and implement safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
