Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for staff on their job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
  • Advise on staffing decisions including hiring and promotions.
  • Compile and maintain production reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Propose strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
  • Oversee, coordinate, and plan the activities of team members.

  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
