Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook Specialist to join our team at Pizza Hotline. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Plan and prepare menus, estimate food requirements, and requisition supplies to meet the needs of our customers.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to prepare and serve food to our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Work Setting: Restaurant or fast food outlet/concession
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 32 hours per week
