Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Humpty's Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, work under pressure, client focus, dependability, judgement, team player, time management.
This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
