About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Parvati Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit as required.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Overtime Required: Be available to work overtime as required to meet business demands.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and quality.
  • Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods while working in the kitchen.
