About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Meltwich. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
