Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons (Kahuna Coffee Group). As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 11-15 people and overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and motivate a team of 11-15 people to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Operations and Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including cash handling, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Customer Experience
- Ensure that customers receive excellent service and have a positive experience in the restaurant.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Marketing and Sales
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Financial Management
- Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance to ensure profitability.
- Monitor and control expenses to achieve financial goals.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
