Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
    • Train and develop our team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting our quality control guidelines.
    • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns.
    • Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Manage our inventory levels, ensuring that we have sufficient stock of all ingredients and supplies.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
