Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza Restaurant and Sports Bar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Restaurant Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff supervision.
- Monitor sales and revenue to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Menu Planning and Pricing
- Work with the culinary team to develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demand and drive sales.
- Monitor menu pricing and make adjustments as needed to ensure profitability.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that the restaurant meets all regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Marketing and Promotions
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Work with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Financial Management
- Manage the restaurant's budget and ensure that all financial goals are met.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.
- Education
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
