About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Honest Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service standards are maintained.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining the reputation of Honest Restaurant.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their experience with us is positive.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.

Reporting

Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, highlighting areas for improvement and success.

Work Scheduling

Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient service delivery.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or restaurant management role.

Personal Qualities

Flexibility, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
