Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Scorteus Leather Store. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop sales staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Our store operates 35 to 40 hours per week, and we offer a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
